Founded by Sonja Perrault, a veteran and certified mediator, our practice is grounded in over two decades of leadership, conflict resolution, and legal experience gained through Sonja’s 23-year career in the United States Army JAG Corps. Following her military service, Sonja continued her work in the legal field and ultimately discovered her passion for mediation, driven by both her professional experience and her personal commitment to helping families and individuals avoid high-conflict disputes.
